Lindsey is so smart! I’m taken aback by her intelligence and beauty. How lucky you are, IDG, to have such a fantastic social media personality to educate your consumers on credit and identity theft.
Thanks! We’re very happy to have Lindsey on the team. She’s great!
See the thing is that I’ve tried out the analyzer about a month ago, it showed about a 20 point gain by paying certain things off certain amount. When I went ahead and paid it off my credit score was impacted by 0 points, at this point I’m confused about it but I’m going to sit on my hands another month see if there is another(any) impact.
Why are you credit scores so low compaired to the actual score when I see it when it is pulled by a creditor? I’ve seen a 63 point diffence on one of the scores, while the others are anywhere from twenty to forty points higher. Your service is suppose to give me correct information, but how is this point difference helping me? I want to know ACTUAL scores not conservative numbers. If you can’t show me actual numbers your service is useless!
Ron: Identity guard does not show you instant credit score changes. It does that quarterly. The credit reporting agencies are updated within days of being notified by your financial institution. You can wait for your quarterly report or order a new credit report from identity guard or the big three agencies after about a month. The score will usually have changed by then.
Lindsey – love the idea of the analyzer, but if my goal is to figure out how to increase my scores, plugging in different combinations is like throwing darts and hope I get a bullseye. Since Identity Guard has all my information, could there just be a “best scenario” button or something for me to get straight to the goal?
